Here, you are looking at the COBB Tuning Rear Shifter Bushing. This bushing features durable urethane construction to help eliminate excessive shifter compliance in the factory setup. This replaces the factory the soft rubber bushing found at the back of the shifter assembly which will reduce side-to-side and front-to-back slop found in the stock shifter mechanism.
